Multiple Sign Off for Forms

We have heard from our customers that it can be time consuming for admins/mangers to sign off forms one by one. Not all forms require review before sign off as they might have already been reviewed by field supervisors. To address this, we have released multiple sign off for forms feature.

How to get it -

This function is available to all users with permission to sign off forms - these are Admins and Managers by default.

How it works –

From the form listing page (Inspections, Incident/Hazard or Meetings tab), you will see one additional column on the left with check boxes. Check the boxes for the forms in Pending Sign Off status that you want to sign off and the Sign Off prompt will appear at the bottom of the page. After you select Sign Off, you will need to confirm this action. Once confirmed, the selected forms will be locked from further changes.
