Getting Started Mobile App Guide

What:

A step-by-step walkthrough of the mobile app's layout, making it easier to find what you need when you need it - targeting the day-to-day frontline employees. The guide is currently available in both English and French.

How:

The guide will show up only once, upon employees logging in to the mobile app for the first time. Completion of the guide is mandatory and can't be skipped or pushed away, but upon completion, the employee will not have that guide pop up again.

Why:

• Reduce training time with employees, focus less on what the mobile app is, and more on how you as a company intend to use it
• The need for training never stops, whether you are new to eCompliance and planning to launch to your frontline or you are an existing customer who steadily hires new employees
