Important Upcoming Update - Manual changes required for Safety Intelligence

On February 20th, 9:30 pm EST, we are releasing an update for Safety Intelligence reports that removes the form question type filter 'Yes/No' and will replace it with a new filter called 'Pass/Fail/NA.' 

NOTE - this change will need to be completed AFTER the update.  You can not complete this change before the update.

After this update goes live, we would like you to head into your Safety Intelligence dashboards, remove the old 'Yes/No' filters, and add the 'Pass/Fail/NA' filter to ensure correct data is presented in the reports. The old 'Yes/No' filter will no longer work and may cause issues presenting data if it is kept in Safety Intelligence reports.
