How to generate document acknowledgement report

All safety documents relevant to your company are uploaded and categorized (or ‘tagged’) for easy retrieval within the Documents tab. Once you have distributed a document for employees to read, you can view whether the document has been acknowledged as read following the instructions below.

1. Click on Documents tab.

2. Select the Acknowledgement Report option to view whether or not employees have reviewed/read certain documents. By clicking this button you can review the status of the Read Acknowledgements or push it to an Excel report by clicking the Export button.

NOTE: The ability to view this report will only appear for Users with Admin or Manager permission.
