eCompliance mobile app functions on iOS 11 and up, and on Android 8 and up.
We recommend users have the most up-to-date versions installed on their device, and that users enable auto-updates in their device settings to ensure an optimal experience with the eCompliance mobile app.
Please note, app performance can also be affected by ageing or older hardware, the number of apps open and the resources available to run them.
The eCompliance mobile app is not available for Blackberry or Windows phones.
