The eCompliance mobile app is available for the following platforms.
eCompliance mobile app requires iOS 11 and up, and Android 8 and up
Installing the eC Mobile App:
- ensure a stable connection
- tap the App Store or Play Store app and search for "ecompliance"
- tap "Install" and wait for the installation to complete
- tap "Open" and log in with your personal login credentials.
- allow access to the device's camera and location
- wait for the sync to fully complete before you use the features
- enable auto-updates to ensure you receive feature updates and fixes
- app performance can be affected by ageing or older hardware, the number of apps open and the resources available to run them.
- the eCompliance mobile app is not available for Blackberry or Windows phones.
Please contact Support or your Success Coach with any questions you have regarding mobile compatibility or if you use third-party software to push updates to your devices.
