Stuck at login prompt when trying to sign in eCompliance mobile app

Issue: Some users would encounter an issue when signing into eCompliance App. The progress bar would be stuck at about 40% complete and hangs.

Resolution: We have released an updated version of eCompliance App to address this issue. Please make sure you update the app to the latest version 1.12.0 (or higher) and you should be able to log in successfully.
