There are some circumstances that your mobile device has cached our server settings and the app doesn't connect properly to our servers. You might experience loading constantly, not being able to log in, see a "Pending Upload" message on a form, or app updates may not take effect.
We recommend you reset your Wi-Fi so that it gets new server settings and you can use our app once again. Here's a simple way to reset the Wi-Fi. (Note, mobile users may also find the network reset option in their "Settings" app.)
iOS (iPhones and iPads):
Turn on Airplane Mode, wait 5-6 seconds, and then off again.
Go to Settings > Airplane Mode and tap the slider.
You can also swipe up from the bottom of your Home Screen to open the Control Center, and tap the airplane icon.
When Airplane Mode is on, you'll seein the status bar of your screen. In Airplane Mode, these wireless features are turned off:
- Cellular (voice and data)
- Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth
Android (Samsung, Android Tablets, etc.):
Turn on Airplane Mode, wait 5-6 seconds, and then off again.
To control airplane mode, tethering, and other network settings for your device, follow these steps:
- Open your device's Settings menu
.
- Under “Wireless & Networks,” touch More.
- Touch Airplane Mode.
Turning on Airplane mode will turn off Wi-Fi and disable mobile networks and Bluetooth on your device.
Wait 5-6 seconds and turn it off again, thereby turning your Cellular and Wi-Fi on.
If connection problems still exists you can perform a shutdown of your mobile device and when turned on again the cache will be cleared and you should be able to log in again.
