Mobile App:
1. Tap to open the application
2. Enter your email then click Continue
3. Tap on the underlined link Forgot your Password?
4. Confirm your email address then click Reset Password
5. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Check you junk or spam folder and contact ecompliance.support@ecoonline.com if you do not receive it.
6. Once you've received the email and clicked on the link you'll be taken to web page where you can reset your password using our web application. Follow the tips for resetting a new password
7. Create a passphrase with multiple words chosen at random that you can easily remember.
- Avoid using common words or phrases, such as famous quotes or sayings.
- Your password will need 1 uppercase, 1 lower case, one number and 1 special character.
- Do not use common words or phrases, such as famous quotes or sayings.
- Do not use parts of your phone number, first, middle or last name, email, username or organization name or company name.
