The mobile app will keep you signed in as long as you haven't signed out. There are times when you may need to log back in, however, and you may have forgotten the password.
Mobile App:
1. Tap to open the app
2. Tap on the underlined link: "Forgot your Password?"
Check your email inbox for a new message from eCompliance and click the link to reset.
Web app:
- Go to my.ecompliance.com
- Click on the Forgot Password link.
- On the next page, enter email address that you used to sign up for eCompliance
- Click on RESET PASSWORD.
Check your email inbox for a new message from eCompliance and click the link to reset.
Tips:
You may need to check your Spam or Junk folder for the invitation.
Please note that on the web, you can also use a password saver – Google Chrome offers to do this automatically, for example.
If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, please contact Support and request a manual password reset.
