- Application Validation did not succeed. Unable to continue.
- Error log says that The operation has timed out (in inner exception) and fails with "DeploymentDownloadException"
- Unable to retrieve application files. Files corrupt in deployment.
- Cannot continue. The application is improperly formatted. Contact the application publisher for assistance.
This issue is caused by network firewall restrictions or internet proxy blocking downloads of our installation files. Please contact your IT support staff or network administrator, they will need to whitelist our domain ecompliance.com and ecompliance.ca. In order to download our software some companies have to allow their users to install from websites they trust. Adding our domain to the whitelist will allow users to download the eCompliance AuditTool to perform audits.
Also remember that the eC-AuditTool, installs inside the user profile and doesn't require administrator to install inside the program files. It is less intrusive and is installed per user profile so permissions are isolated inside the permissions of the user profile. Please see the system requirements on the download page at http://audittool.ecompliance.com for full details of any prerequisites.
