Term Glossary for Dates

All web and mobile app dates are recorded in the employees' device's local time.  

On the Web App

Date Performed: This is the first recorded date the form has been synced with our web server. If a form were created on the mobile app, this would be the date the form was submitted. This date will not change. 

Last Updated: This date records the most recently uploaded version of the form. It could show either the last submitted date or the last edited save date of an existing form. This date will change when a form is re-saved or re-submitted.

On the Mobile App

Created: This is the record of the date and time the form was started. This date will not change.
