New Instruction Pop-up

We introduced a new eLearning re-enrolling process earlier in October. In this release, we're introducing instructions on the app to detail the new process of re-enrolling in an eLearning course that has previously been completed. This pop-up will show up after you've launched a course from the My Stuff module. before accessing the course.
