Giving you more power to search

In our latest out-of-the-box dashboard update, we're introducing suggested search values to several existing filters that will help streamline your dashboard interactions and locate the correct data even faster. This enhancement will only affect the OOTB Absent Participation Dashboard.

Begin by typing in the filter's value field and search suggestions will populate values based on the data available for the report's filtered site. Each one of these filter boxes will act like a search function for available values. 



This feature is now available in the following filters:

• Site Name

• Form Title

• Employee Name

• Job Profile Name

• Company Name

• Connection Label

By reducing manual input and guiding you towards accurate filter values, this enhancement ensures a smoother, more efficient dashboard experience.

Auto-populated Site Filter

When viewing Safety Intelligence reports and dashboards, it will now be easier to access the sites you are assigned to. The site filter ('Filter by Site') will now be defaulted to set the field's value to the site you are currently at. 

For example, if you are currently at site '01', the filter's value will be set to '01'. 

If the field values within the filter are removed, resulting in an empty field, the dashboard will display data from all sites you have membership to.

We've also removed the requirement to have at least one site selected for the 'Filter by Site' field.
