Click the 'Launch Course' button under the course name in their eCompliance course list. You will then be directed straight to the course player.
Your available courses are in the 'My Stuff' module in the 'Training Required' column on the web app and the 'My Training' module on the mobile app.
On the web app:
On the mobile app: -
Complete the course and/or applicable quizzes.

If you are on the web application, head back to the eCompliance web app and click the OK button on the course completion confirmation prompt to sync the completed status.
If you are on the mobile app, close the course when you've completed it to return to the mobile application. Pull down to refresh the page to sync the completed status.
IMPORTANT: The certificate will be issued to the user's eCompliance account only after the course has been synced on the web or mobile app.
Why don't I see the course available for retaking in the My Stuff module?
The eLearning course may not be available for retaking. There are a few reasons for this:
- Your training manager/admin has changed your employee job profile to another job profile that doesn't require a certificate for the course
- The course has yet to reach its retraining date. The retraining date can be customized by your training manager/admin. The default number of days a course will become available to you is 90 days before it expires.
