This is a complimentary, self-guided learning program designed for existing eCompliance customers. This program is suitable for:
- A new admin
- Current admins interested in improving their eCompliance knowledge
The program is divided into four parts, each part contains articles to review, tasks to perform, and an eLearning quiz. Upon completion of the product training you will receive a certificate that will be attached to your eCompliance employee profile.
Make note of any areas where you feel that you will need additional training on top of this program. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) when the program is finished to schedule a meeting to review your training results. If you or your organization do not have an assigned CSM, please reach out to csoffice@ecoonline.com.
You will notice that the learning plan below is organized in segments, this is to avoid learning fatigue and because certain topics are better learned together.
