Safety Intelligence 2.0 Release Notes For 2023.06.28

The following enhancement is being released for Safety Intelligence 2.0 on Wednesday June 28th.

We have enhanced the document acknowledgement explore to include all previous versions for acknowledged documents.

Previously, the document version only included the latest version of the acknowledged document on the "Document Acknowledgement" report. With this enhancements all previous versions will be included in this report.

Please note that this change will modify the behaviour of the document acknowledgment explore.

Currently when users query using this explore they receive the latest version of the document (assuming there are older versions). However, with this enhancement all versions of documents would be pulled into any existing document acknowledgment reports that have been built across Safety Intelligence 2.0.

If you would like to only see the latest version of the acknowledged document, when using the document acknowledgment explore simply add the existing filter “Is latest version” and put “yes” in the filter field as shown in the image below.
