Enhancements and New Features
- The Audit Trail will now capture logo changes made on child sites/sub-sites
- When the delete button of the employee is disabled due having assigned a document for read acknowledgment, we have updated the error message saying “This employee cannot be deleted. Please remove any certificates, job profiles, courses or documents first.”
- We've added a new GET API endpoint to return all public documents at your site
- We've added a new API endpoint (/documents/) that will returns a collection of documents that needs to acknowledge
- We've added a new API endpoint (/documents/tags) that will return a collection of document tags for your current site
- If handwritten signatures have been added to your sites, Employee and Site manager handwritten signatures will now be shown on the default issued eCompliance certificate templates
- Employee profiles can now be deleted if their assigned documents have not been acknowledged. The aim is to make it easier for admins to delete employees while ensuring that acknowledgments are preserved in the database and workflows are not impacted
Bug Fixes
- Fixed the issue where French accents/diacritics on letters are turning into different characters
- Fixed the page break form PDF formatting issues
- Fixed the picture cut-off form PDF issue
- Fixed the server error when hiding multiple section in an incident form template
