Regenerating a certificate may come in handy if an eLearning Certificate has been accidentally deleted or if the certificate needs to be refreshed to display any new changes applied to a site or employee's profile.
To regenerate eLearning certificates for all employees assigned to a course, do the following:
- In the Employee module click on Courses in the Manage section on the right-hand side of the screen
- Select the eLearning course (the edit icon to the left of the name)
- On the bottom of the screen click on Regenerate Certificates
To regenerate a single eLearning certificate for your own account, do the following,
- Navigate to the My Stuff module
- Under Training Required, click on the View My Completed Certificates button
- Locate the certificate you would like to regenerate. Click on the Regenerate Certificate button underneath it
