eCompliance allows three types of forms Inspections, Incidents, and Meetings. All three form types can be performed from your mobile app.
Below is a list of statuses the forms can go through once you have submitted them. It explains what each status would mean and also what the next steps should be.
When using a mobile device we suggest making sure you have a strong internet connection before submitting the form.

Pending |
Once your form is submitted the form status goes into “Pending” while it is still uploading the form and images |
Make sure the internet connection on your mobile device is strong and keep the app open for a few minutes to allow the form to upload.
Forms should not take longer than 5 minutes to upload but if it does please open the form and submit it again |
Submitted |
The form has completed uploaded to the web now |
Wait for the Admin to sign off on the form |
Signed Off |
The form is signed off and locked now |
No other steps are required |
Upload Failed |
The form was signed off and is now locked on the web, but the app is still trying to upload images |
Ask your Admin to unlock the form from the web. Once it is unlocked open the form and submit it again |
