All Questions and Answers
This dashboard provides useful insights on the answers given in different Form types at your organization; Incident, Inspection, and Meetings. Use this report to drill down on answers given by employees on specific question in a specific Form.
To run this dashboard you have to choose at least one form from the ‘Form Title’ filter but we recommend to select a few other filters as well to narrow down the number of questions and answers.
You can filter this dashboard by Site(s), Form Status, Form Type, Form Title, Section Title, Question Type, Question Name, Answers, and more for additional information.
Asset Deficiencies
This dashboard shows the number of asset deficiencies identified in any Form at your organization. Use this report to get insights on type and classification of deficiencies and take corrective actions. It can be filtered by Site(s), Date created, Form Type, Form Status, Form Title, and more for additional information.
Asset Inspections Overview
This dashboard provides an overview of Asset Inspections conducted at your organization. It can be filtered by Site(s), Date, Form Type, Form Status, Form Title, Job Profile, Employee Name, and more for additional information.
If any form related filters are used, such as the 'Form Type' filter, the dashboard will only pull assets that are linked to forms through the "Asset Lookup" field. Assets that are not linked to forms will be excluded.
Covid-19 Inspections
This dashboard provides an overview of the ‘COVID-19 Screening - Ontario Canada Requirement’ Forms submitted at your organization. It can be filtered by Site(s), Date, Form Status, Employee Names, and more for additional information.
Deficiencies Overviews

Scheduled Inspections
Use this dashboard to gain insights on scheduled inspections at your organization. Keep track of inspection form statuses, completion rates by type and Site, as well as track at the employee level.

This dashboard provides details on the hazards and controls that employees face while preforming their jobs. Use this report to gain insights on the most common hazards and tasks that are undertaken to mitigate their occurrence.

Correlation Grid
This dashboard provides useful insights into your safety program by correlating two questions in a Form and identifying the most common answers therein. This dashboard can be filtered by Site, Form Type, and more.
Two Question Report
This dashboard helps you drill down into two related questions in a Form providing useful insights into your safety program. For example, this dashboard can be used to discover the top contributing factors for a given type of incident/injury.
COVID-19 Inspections
Track the status of Covid-19 Forms submitted at your organization. This report shows the total number of forms submitted within a specified date range. Drill down further on Forms by Site, Date, and Employees.
NULL Reporting Training
Further to Training Overview dashboard, this report gives details on the validity of Training Certificates with graphs on courses expiring in future months as well as a list of employees that have either not undertaken any Trainings or were not assigned any. This dashboard can be filtered by Employee Status, Course Status, Job Profile and more.
Employee Hire and Tenure
Use this dashboard to understand the total number of active employees at your organization and their tenure. View number of employees hired by month, average tenure by site, average tenure by job profile, and the employee hire details.
This dashboard can be filtered by Site, Hire Date, Termination Date, and Job Profile.
Permissions Group Overview
This dashboard gives a graphical representation of number of employees in each of the Permission Groups including Custom Permission Groups across Sites within an organization along with details of the permissions within each group. It gives information on the level of access the employees in an organization have in eCompliance application, thereby assisting Admins to manage the permissions in an efficient manner. This report can be filtered by Site(s), Permission group, Permission name, Employee Name, Employee status, and Job Profile.
Absent Participation (NULL Reporting Forms)
Further to Forms Overview dashboard, this report gives details on the employees who aren’t participating in your safety program for example; list of employees who have not done their inspection forms they needed to. This dashboard can be filtered by Employee, their connection to Forms, Forms title, Forms type, Job Profile and more.
Behavior Based Safety Observations Report
This dashboard gives an overview of total number of employees and assets attached to each type of Forms. It displays further information on assigned employees (name, status, job profile) and assigned assets (name, identifier, assets). Thereby, allowing safety managers to identify at-risk behaviors, determine why they occur on the job and then take steps necessary to change at-risk behaviors into safe behaviors. This report can be filtered by Site(s), Form type, Form Title, Form Status, Employee Name, Job Profile, Asset Name and Identifier.
Employee Participation
Further to Forms Overview dashboard, this report gives details on the employees who are participating in your safety program and level of their contribution. For example; list of employees who have done their inspection forms they needed to and how they are connected to the Form. This dashboard can be filtered by Employee, their connection to Forms, Forms title, Forms type, Job Profile and more.
