Forms: What to do when the form "bounces" or "jumps" up when scrolling to the next section?

This occurs when the keyboard is open on the device - it means the text field is still in focus for the app and is jumping back up to the last text field. 

To resolve this, simply close the keyboard on the device and the form will stop jumping up to the open text field.

(Please note, closing your keyboard varies across devices: it may require you to tap "Done" (iOS) or tapping the downward arrow (e.g. Samsung) to hide the keyboard.
