1. Overview
This feature enables eCompliance users to dynamically write their signature and save it in their profile in eCompliance. Once added, the signature will be displayed on eCompliance issued eLearning certificates.
2. Adding Your Signature on the Web app
Follow the steps below:
- Log into eCompliance web
- Click on your name at the top right of the screen
- Click on Profile
- Click on Signature
- A new window will appear. In the space provided, write your signature with your mouse, or your finger if your device has a touchscreen.
3. Adding Your Signature on the Mobile App
Follow the steps below:
1. Login to the eCompliance mobile app
2. Tap the hamburger icon on the top left to open the app menu
3. Go into Settings
4. Head to My Profile
5. In the Signature section, tap the Add Signature button
Adding or updating your signature on the mobile app will only work when you have internet connection
6. Write your signature on the screen and tap the Checkmark icon on the top right to save it to your profile. To clear the signature, tap the 'Clear Signature' text at the bottom to erase the signature and re-write it.
For best practice, we suggest enabling your device's screen rotation and turn your device to landscape mode. Then, write your signature at the top-center of the screen. This will ensure that your signature will be fully displayed in your eLearning course certificates without getting cut-off.
