Strengthen your health and safety culture with Smart Forms!

One piece of feedback that we have received from safety manages is that it takes too long for their team members to complete their forms. Likewise, from speaking with them about their inspection and incident investigation processes we understand that there is more support needed to gain further context from their team and ensure that the right steps are being taken to improve employee health and safety.

As a company we continue to work to enhance our customer's experience with our solutions and assist them with solving their problems.

After a successful beta (thanks again to our early adopters) we're happy to announce the release of Smart Forms!

What is Smart Forms?

With Smart Forms safety managers can now add logic to form templates (incidents, inspections, or meetings) to make their forms more dynamic.

Safety managers can now:

• Consolidate multiple forms into one​
• Provide an easier experience for employees to complete forms​
• Ensure corrective actions are taken​
• Obtain context with inspection & incident investigations 

What features does Smart Forms have?

Add logic to pass-fail and single-select question types on non-scored forms. Based on the answer to these questions you can:

• Hide specific form sections

• Ask follow up questions

• Mandate corrective actions

• Mandate image attachments

Is this available on web and mobile?

Smart Forms is available on both web and mobile.

Mobile users require a minimum of version 7.11.2 to use Smart Forms on their iOS and Android devices.

Any users who are below this version will be asked to download the latest version of the eCompliance app once they are connected to the internet.

Is there a cost to Smart Forms?

There is no cost, this feature is free.
