Field iD Web release v4.4.10

Bug Fixes

• We fixed a flickering and auto-refreshing issue with the Downloads page.
• We are aware that some of the existing hamburger and arrow icons on the Owner input field in the Add Predefined Locations page only functioned to clear the values in the field. To address this, we've removed these extra button icons and replaced the look to mirror the other Owner input fields on the site. This fix also resolves the issue of the dropdown menu overlapping the icon buttons.
