A new way to navigate to our Knowledge Base

Need help while using the web app? Now, there's a faster way to navigate to our Knowledge Base.

We've added a new 'Help' tip located on the top right of the page. You'll be able to see this right next to your name once you log in at my.ecompliance.com.

Hovering over the 'Help' text will open up a small popup with a link to our Knowledge Base.

Once you're in the Knowledge Base, you'll still be able to submit a ticket to our support team by clicking on the 'Submit a request' text located on the top right as needed.
