How do I change/update my email?

Users can change their email address at any time, either on a laptop or mobile device. If you are using a mobile device you will need to log in to the web version of eCompliance and not the Mobile App. 

To change your email address watch this quick how-to video or follow the instructions below: 

  1. Go to and Login using your existing credentials
  2. Click on your name at the upper right corner of your browser window then select "Profile".


2. Enter new email address in Email Address field.

3. Enter new email address in Confirm Email field.

4. Click on Submit and you have successfully changed your email.
