How do I change/update my email?

You can change your email address at any time, either on a laptop or mobile device. If you are using a mobile device you will need to log in to the web version of eCompliance and not the Mobile App. 

To change your email address: 

  1. Navigate to ecompliance.com and Login using your existing credentials
  2. Click on your name at the upper right corner of your browser window then select "Profile".

2. Enter new email address in Email Address field.

3. Enter new email address in Confirm Email field.

4. Click on Submit and you have successfully changed your email!
