Issue affecting iOS users with Dynamic Signatures

Notice:

We are aware of an issue affecting our iOS users with Dynamic Signatures on Mobile.

We released Dynamic Signatures on September 6th to allow customers to add multiple signatures to a form on demand.

When adding a name into the signature field that is not already in the system, the keyboard will disable and clear the field. This is preventing users from typing manual names into the signature lookup field.

We have identified the cause and will be releasing an update to the Apple App Store this Thursday - September 14th - to rectify the issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update: 

We have released version 4.0.5 update that addressed this issue. Please go to iTune App Store to download the latest version.
