On December 6th, 2022 our team fixed an issue with the Audit Tool to support Windows 10.
With this enhancement however you may notice issues with your existing version of the Audit Tool.
To use the latest version of the Audit Tool you will need to delete your existing Audit Tool and then re-download the Audit Tool here: http://audittool.ecompliance.com/.
Please follow the steps below prior to deleting the Audit Tool to maintain your historical data:
- Save your eca files onto your local computer (the common folder path for the Audit Tool is: Documents). If your eca file is saved in the Audit Tool then save them onto your computer in a folder that can easily be located
- Uninstall the current version of the Audit Tool
- Reinstall the latest version here: http://audittool.ecompliance.com/
- Open the eca file in the latest version to access your historical information

You may need to confirm your device meets the specifications prior to downloading the Audit Tool - Windows 10 is the last supported OS.
