Sent scheduled email reports sent with the excel format will now be available for download and sharing in the downloads page. This option will be available for the creator of the schedule.

Firstly, make sure that a scheduled email was sent with the excel format. A scheduled report email can be set up by saving a report and then, heading to Saved Items > Manage Saved Items > Add Schedule > Send or schedule.
Once the email is sent, navigate to the Downloads page. The Downloads page can be accessed by clicking on your username on the top right of the page, then clicking the 'Downloads' tab.
Below is an example of the logged report on the page. Clicking on the arrow button next to the Download will allow you to access the sharing button.
If the report sent out is blank, the report will still be logged in the downloads page, however, you will not be able to download the blank report.
Instead of a 'Completed' status, you will see a 'Failed' status. The 'Issue' column will notify you that the reason for failure is due to the report having no records. Below are examples of failed downloads link generation due to blank reports.
