The following update was released for the eCompliance mobile app, a phased rollout which from October 31 - November 7, 2022.
International phone numbers in eCompliance mobile app
Our customers operate all over the world, and safety managers need tools that can collect data in a manner that is compatible with regional requirements, such as correctly formatted contact information for employees and companies outside of Canada and the United States.
To meet this need, eCompliance now supports international phone numbers on the mobile app.
Along with supporting their staff with multi-language support, this will enable safety managers to maintain correct contact information for their employees and contractors all over the world by selecting a country code for their phone number in "My Profile" in the eCompliance mobile app.
